Amazing ceo who understands how he needs to lead his team. Pampera the employees

A lot of empty heads sit as a managers and senior managers who do not appreciate people who are working and also hardwork. Ready to appreciate flattery. Some managers also have the audacity to double speak one when only with their team and the other in meetings. They cannot defend their teams but want their team to defend the teams they manage. Some with senior managers make the team wonder how they got the title. Some awards are such a farce
