      Good place to retire but not good if you want to climb the ladder fast

      Pros

      LinkedIn is a good place to work in terms of WLB, food, and culture

      Cons

      due to its bad refresh policy, there is very little financial incentive to work harder . The only way to get good refresh if you are E5 or above is to get promoted. but since this level takes longer to grow into the next level, people usually (not everyone) are more focus on family or another aspect (hobbies, interests) at those levels.
