Pros

Honestly, it’s hard to even say there are pros anymore.

Cons

Low bases and terrible comp plan - no one can pay their rent/mortgages, but are forced to live in SF/NYC. Managers are terrible and have been at the company for like 15 years - most of them are offline throughout the day and have no idea how to even sell the products now. Most people are not happy…. Use to be a great place to work.

Pros

The leadership is excellent. They care about their employees. They pay quite well for those that meet their quota and the bonuses are excellent. The benefits with unlimited vacation time is really good.

Cons

Similar to any sales roles, especially in a publicly traded company if you don’t make your quota to quarters in a row, you are typically put on plan.
