Pros

First Line managers are great Culture amazing, people are so nice! Food for free for breakfast and meals. Employee Stock Purchase Plan with Microsoft great. Work life balance is great, only pressure you got is the one in your head, it won't come from your manager.

Cons

Quota very difficult to reach, 70% don't reach it. + You get only 20% of your commission salary when reaching 80% of quota. If you succeed doing last 20% you get 80% of your commissions. Meaning people don't get paid at all as quotas are very difficult to reach. Direction objectives are misaligned with reps objectives, so we don't have the same interests. Love this company but really they should realign a lot of things.
