Pros

Free food is still going on. TC is still ok if you haven’t cliffed.

Cons

Terrible, dishonest leadership. They lie all the time and they don’t excercise any transparency. Few of them together brought down what once was a great culture. They fail and fail and fail without accountability. The rank & file folks struggle because of their incompetence, and they’re the ones who carry the weight on their shoulders. The weight of the terrible decisions of such an Incompetent leadership.

Pros

Free food, free gym, people are helpful,

Cons

No longer a flexible company to work for. Have backtracked from their “do your best work from anywhere” policy to now mandating people to come in to the office, and not taking in to account people made changes to their lifestyle after announcing their previous policy

Pros

Great benefits & 401k match

Cons

Culture, values and opportunity for growth are all on the decline. This has been happening for a while but starting to hit a breaking point where LinkedIn is no longer the great employer it once was.
