- the people, everyone (from any team/discipline) is smart and work well together to get things done - company’s mission and culture are real and genuine - compensation - senior leaders are true to their words - benefits are simply amazing, DTO, amazing PTO (12 weeks paid for dads, more for moms), 50% 401k match without a cap, gyms, etc - free food and cafes - you can really start/advance/transform your career. Limitless opportunities and potential I consider myself lucky to be working at LinkedIn

Due to hiring more people, space is becoming tight and lines at cafes can be long at certain times
