It used to have a decent culture and good WLB. Food is good compared to many other tech companies. You can work in the Empire State Building, the cafe is very nice with an amazing city view.

Cons

Mediocre engineers and product, leaders have no clue about the market downturn. Techstack isn't very new and infra is bad compared to FAANG companies. WLB is at an all-time low and consistent reorgs (but might still be better than others like A or F).
