Certain teams you can rest and vest.

Cons

Leadership is comically bad, they just follow what other big tech companies do, and consistently gaslight employees if any challenging questions are posed. Huge amount of legacy code that's creaking under the site's load. Engineering leadership is scrambling to modernize infrastructure and tooling. The pay is decent. The culture sucks. It reminds me of the 'this is fine' dog with the burning building behind it.

managers play favorite and nobody care of the company reviews. 90% of the report line is from same countries and they hire only people from their country. Pointing fingers culture. no career growth
