You get the chance to work with some of the brilliant minds in the industry. Great work-life balance. They really care about their employees. Lots of perks like free food, great pantry, Gym and what not. Everyone gets the opportunity to grow. Career transformation is quite easy. Takes employee suggestions quite seriously.

Cons

As of now I didn't find any. Its one of the best place in India for software engineers to begin their career.

LinkedIn is one of the best companies you can work for. Depending on what team you are on, will determine how much you enjoy working at LinkedIn. I'm a software engineer for one of the internal teams at LinkedIn and it's not exciting work. It's actually boring work. I talked to other engineers, they feel the same way and can't wait to get out. The designers on internal apps don't like it too. When you join a team. It would be wise to ask questions about that team. Don't get stuck on boring work. It will make your experience at LinkedIn a bad one.
