Pros

Mature change delivery model. Project resourcing tends to be skilled or have long experience of Lloyds. Pay and benefit is competitive although bonuses are very low.

Cons

Change don't move at pace and can be dated. Allot of talk of Agile ways of working but didn't materialise due to established culture. Depending what division you work in will dictate whether you work in a healthy environment or not. There has been some horror stories of politics and back stabbing. People being off sick and lack or awareness from management of staff wellbeing. Constant restructures in recent years making it risky
