Pros

Salary and bupa private healthcare

Cons

SLT simply don’t care about colleagues. It’s all about protecting their own roles by ticking ridiculous boxes that result in colleagues being treated badly at EVERY turn. Nobody cares anymore. It’s all about AI (so they can prove we’re not needed). Redundancy is a constant threat and they acknowledge it can be unsettling but if you don’t like it there’s the door. No morals when it comes to customer treatment. It’s all about the bottom line.
