Moving away from male dominated old school management. (Though it took a scandal to remove and replace previous CEO.)

Cons

History of "good old boy management" to be changed. (Not unlike U.S. government.) Now moving towards new "good old gal network". Still not a company focused on being truly diverse.

Great corporate culture, focus is truly on the warfighter's needs. 9x80 work schedule with every other Fri off.

Cons

Bureaucracy at senior levels can be very, very slow moving to get things done. Proposals are Powerpointed to death, often with no one leaving the room making an actionable decision to execute the plan.
