LM has a great culture, offers flexibility, holds people accountable, recognizes strong performers, has many opportunities around the country and has great benefits

Cons

The company is very large so it can be hard to manage change and shift mindsets quickly. The company is overly process oriented which is both a pro and a con; it's great to have processes, however, it can hinder progress at times.
