Flexible scheduling and hours. Large organization. Welcoming to working remotely.

Cons

Bureaucratic, slow pace, non-fulfilling work, lack of voice for entry-level employees, painfully complicated and slow administrative processes. Simple requests and administrative tasks take a long time to complete. Lack of diversity in certain areas, especially leadership.
