Somewhat flexible schedule Option to have Fridays off Smart/Kind Coworkers

Cons

Lots of approvals for promotions so hard to get Not many opportunities to make moves around in different roles if you're remote Many work a lot of overtime including holidays and weekends Lots of Bureaucracy Many levels of approval required to make any changes in processes Many times upper management doesn't know how work is done or if there's any career enrichment and don't take the time to know their employees. They make decisions without really considering the effects on the levels below.

Working at Lockheed Martin has been the best way to start my career! They have invested in my career from training to promotion opportunities. I have the freedom to work remotely to support my family on a flexible schedule, the support from the team and my manager to accomplish my work, and the most exciting projects to work on. Here at Lockheed Martin I am enabled to do my best work by being given work life balance, great team members, and the resources I need to excel.
