Great place to work with various job functions. Pay is decent with yearly market evaluations and performance bonus. The benefits are nice. The culture is friendly depending on which site you are in. They support keeping the talent within the company and you can see shifts all the time to try and branch out.

Cons

Each program has its own culture. Some of the work can be repetitive.
