Pros
good pay, good stability, good balance of work and life, good benefits, the interview process was not bad, i just went in and answered some basic questions. for my position of systems engineer, it paid to be open to different kinds of things, and be a little broad, for example i had some interest in hardware and software, as well as business, which is good because lockheed gave me that opportunity to get a master's in engineering and an mba through the educational reimbursement program
Cons
9 hours a day, even though you get every other friday off.......have to go to work early, around 8 or 9 AM
