There is a buddy system with the old timers. Promotions are rather hard to come by. Profit sharing doesn't exist, company seems to care too much for stockholders and director/VP bonus's. Company braggs about record or good profits, but it is never passed to the employees. Raises are usually bad, unless your manager goes to bat for you. Too many paper pushers, you would think we were a scheduling and management company rather that at aerospace company.

Being such a large company many times the communication lines are very thin. One can easily get lost in the mix. The job posting internal and external is cumbersome and lacks feedback or responsiveness. It seems sometimes that the benefits get cut continuously including tuition reimbursement, pension, and next to come health insurance. Record profits don't mean record pay increases, just a higher standard for the next year.
