Pros

These were some of the smartest colleagues I've ever worked with and I learned a lot from all of them.

Cons

There are always a lot of people stressed out that they are going to be the next ones to be laid off. A lot of the benefits have been taken away in recent years to save money. If you want to be moved into a leadership position you have to be willing to work a lot of extra hours on extra projects outside of the main project and you do not get paid overtime for those assignments.

Cons

Pay is low, lots of bureaucracy. Management and bureaucracy hinder productivity severely.

none, used to be a great company to work for but now, i can't think of any pros of working there.

Cons

caught in a downward spiral of quality and the effects of poor management decisions. Other companies more at a faster rate when it comes to newer technologies. To top heavy to be agile or nimble and to slow to make any significant changes.
