Your OJT training will always be antiquated tech, you will not have trending experience to place on your resume.

This is not your parents Lockheed Martin, the benefits have been gutted, do not buy into the total compensation they will try to sell you on.
Recycle & Repeat
You expire after five years, and they will replace you with the next new shiny resume they find.
