      Pros

      Co-workers are extremely friendly and technically competent 4x10 schedule so you have every Friday off, and you can flex your time easily Management wants to help you succeed and will give you the tools to do so

      Cons

      Behind the curve in terms of technology Stuck using older versions for many different software, although this is usually due to security constraints
