easy work & decent pay...here, with one eye you will be king of the blind

Cons

low/no ethics, after 12 years I was fired and not even given a reason, they will invent new policies and ignore their existing policies whenever it suites them

Strong emphasis on ethics, doing what is right, and respecting all employees regardless of rank creates an easy workplace environment to work in.

Cons

Limited opportunities for career change/advancement or even work on new projects. Despite being a large company, it is easy to get pigeon-holed into a job/organization. Compensation is seniority based and not necessarily performance based (as most large companies). Bureaucracy of large organization can drive you nuts sometimes.
