Pay is low considering skill, knowledge and effectiveness compared to other.

Management can be pretty bad sometimes depending on what team you are on.

I have zero cons as of now.

You occassionally have to go looking for tasks.

Awful leadership that micromanages everything from PTO, to handling the simplest of tasks. No respect from other LM employees. Broken down vehicles, shabby buildings, no morale, mindless work, No growth, if you want to branch out into LM they won't hire you due to the fact that you were once "security".

Horrible management NO TRAINING No ethics No compassion. They don't care AT ALL about their employees

Frequent travel, high turnover, unclear job expectations. Work-Life balance is poor. Attempted to transfer within company — recruiting team gave no feedback after job application rejection, only automated responses. Big corporation couldn’t care less about retaining you.
