Lockheed Martin reviews about "training"

The corporation is NOT what people on the outside THINK it is. They low-ball salaries for the Admins and they work their butts off! The Medical ins so expensive, you can't afford it and the company doesn't pitch in. They only give you a certain amount and time for training, and if you need more, they terminate you.

Bureaucracy: As with any large corporation, there can be a lot of red tape. Travel: Field engineer roles often require extensive travel, which can be demanding. Sometimes the work can have very long hours.

The politics can get bad.

Need more training for new tasks

Difficult to move up within the same department, have to post out to other departments in order to move up in level.

Benefits are just okay. People move around a lot due to difficulty getting promotions. This culture makes keeping legacy knowledge very difficult.

Horrible onboarding experience, very unstructured training. Antiquated tech.

It is hard to balance life and work

Sick time comes out of your vacation time, so I hope you don't catch covid :( That's a week out of your vacation fund easy. Training is vague and tailored to the whole of the company rather than your specific areas. Most people do not have time in their schedules to bring new hires up to speed, either.
