      Pros

      Great company to work for some of the workers have been there over thirty years. Safety is always a factor in every department. The people are great to work and learn from you can always get additional training.

      I can not think of any cons at the moment.

      Pros

      Opportunities to develop new processes and work on a variety of projects. Everyone has been friendly and helpful (in my dept. and in others). I feel that I'm contributing everyday and making a positive impact to the business. I've got no complaints.

      Cons

      Honestly, I can't think of any that would make me regret joining the company. If I had any concerns, I do feel that doors are open and I'd be welcomed to ask questions. Every company has it's challenges but overall it's been great.

      The Best at what we do but that is slipping away.

      Cons

      The benefits have become burdens, Employees are Subsidizing the CEO's goals. They no longer listen to what the employees have to say. Customers are very unhappy with the way MTS is running now compared to 5 years ago.
