pros it a great work environment, always hire really nice people and you will stay busy

Cons

they do have a revolving door with hires. and not much room for growth

Pros

Had a wonderful team in the shoe department. Good bonus for selling shoes on top of your pay. Time goes by really fast interacting with customers.

Cons

A lot of chinese customers, communication can become a problem and then the customer gets irritated and can act rudely.
