Stuck in the past, political, all about playing the game rather than actually being good at your job. Corporate and unfriendly higher management.

management is terrible, everyone in the store thinks so. they think they are gods and we are their minions. constantly talked down to and patronised by the majority of management throughout the whole store completely disorganised, had the worst first week/induction ever as no-one knew I was starting when I was so I wasn't given an employee number, locker key, uniform, induction, anything. had to go and ask for it all myself and got treated appallingly by the admin team every time I went in, as if I was a complete inconvenience discount is only 20% which the staff seem to all think is amazing and very generous but is the lowest in any shop I've worked in... communication in general is basically non existent
