Poor management and negative attitudes create a tough environment

Not really any at all

Cons

Staff and management spread so thinly across the store that it is near impossible to get everything done, esp during sales. Lack of a team feel, with staff on the same pay grade taking it upon themselves to micromanage you. I raised issues with another staff member being condescending and rude to me and my manager said it wasn’t her problem. Staff being reluctant to fit customers with autism and general negative attitudes. Limited training
