Pros

Good salary, shift work (great benefit for students), information about sales beforehand, friendly co-workers, possibility to buy food with damaged labels or expiry date (e.g. it's not visible) at a discount rate of 70%.

Cons

Terrible management, no food tastings or similar things (no one from the management cared about our knowledge about products - they said - just come up with something, so employees bought food products themselves just to know what they taste like), employee's discount card was made taxable (from the amount of the discount you have to pay taxes from your salary: e.g. if you buy something for 100, you get 20 discount but from those 20 you have to pay 4,2 taxes from you salary (it's automatically deducted)), compulsory holiday (if you don't pick your holiday date - management will pick for you at random)
