      Pros

      The only pro is you get to choose when you work. That's all I got out of it. You can get benefits but it's near impossible.

      Cons

      Hard to make money The other people working there try to sabotage you You hear about all the great benefits you CAN get but rarely do It costs more than you make In order to do anything you have to recruit new people

      Toxic environment, co workers will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat, management is undermined by lower level employees, sales force run the business

      Seeing our Sales Force succeed. Great benefits. Beautiful building. Good history. Working the building with our Protective Services team makes me feel in a safe environment.

      Cons

      Leaders are scared of new blood. They don't train, teach, lead or guide. Men seem to get the promotions more than women.
