      Pros

      If you are a self motivated person it is easy to be successful with Mary Kay. They provide all of the proper tools in order to book clients, order products, etc. All of the other consultants and directors are very supportive and always available to help. They give women a chance to be a stay at home mom with their children while also being successful doing something they love. It feels great to help other women take care of their skin and learn to apply makeup.

      Cons

      Benefits are not offered to sales consultants. Also, there is no set salary so you are working 100% off of commission from what you sell and if higher up, from what people on your team sell.

      There is really no Cons. If you want to make money then you have to work. That goes for any job
