Don’t really have much. Good people to work with. Most employees are hardworking, and willing to help one another.

Cons

Leadership is HORRIBLE. They do not care about the hardworking people who come in and work tirelessly to keep this sinking ship. Pay is not comparable to industry average. Management only look out for one another
