I’m inspired by the products I work on, and believe they are making the world a better place. The benefits are great. The location is amazing.

Cons

I don’t feel stable in my job. The stock price of the entire company drives short-term decision making to cut costs. Tons of reliable talent is lost because Medtronic doesn’t see employee value beyond quarterly numbers on a spreadsheet.
