Interesting and challenging product development. Diverse set of people with good ideas. People want to have meaning in their lives and make surgical robotics safe for patients. Everyone's opinion counts. Ability to learn and grow.

Cons

Siloed groups with not enough cross pollination. Management heavy with too many chefs telling too few cooks what to do. Pay on the lower end of the spectrum. Slow turn around time to get ideas implemented and into product, due to regulation, oversight, testing, and requirements.
