      Pros

      Flexible working schedule and remote working options for SOME employees. As of this review the company is requiring everyone hired from a site RTO. Those hired for remote work are staying remote.

      Cons

      Leadership is non-existent and has no intentions of being a world-class procurement organization. CM's are pushed to manage far too much to be successful. The company chews through CM's. Your average CM lasts 1-2 years before departing.

      great technology that’s positively impacting patient care. Well known in the med device industry.

      Cons

      Promotions are given to those who try to leave and not to those who deserve it. They are handed out as way to keep people to stay. The company does not want to hear negative customer feedback or concerns. If you try to bring up customer concerns, you are seen as the problem.
