      Customers are fantastic to work with.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership in the pelvic health division – widely regarded as a bully, with no respect from customers or staff. High turnover (10+ resignations in 2 years) reflects the culture. Pipeline is weak, and the competitor now has a stronger product offering.

      Pros

      I’ve had the privilege to work at Medtronic for the past 9 years, the development, teamwork and culture has been great. Career growth has also been present and giving back to patients has been rewarding.

      Cons

      From a business side of things, Medtronic is lacking in innovation and has been losing market share to competitors. Which can and has lead to reorganizations within BU’s. Nothing they can’t get out of and pivot.
