Pros

Great work/life flexibility and balance, for the most part. No mandatory in-office amount that I'm aware of, but highly encouraged to go in at least once a week.

Cons

The CEO doesn't value engineering or quality like Medtronic has in the past, and that will be very evident in the timelines and "cost reduction" initiatives. For a company that measures its net profit in the billions of dollars, there's somehow always a reason why you're not getting your full bonus target.
