- Great products that save lives - allows for remote work for certain roles - nice people for the most part

Cons

- average salary / bonus and very poor stock schemes for Director and above - no stock for Senior Managers / below - many leaders do not know how to lead and inspire well - it's all who you know for success - work / life balance is terrible - poor budgets so no travel allowed to meet team and build engagement - no trainings for employee development / promotion - common for org structures to change / shift atleast annually causing employee experience of many performance managers

Great people, highly ethical, amazing products

Cons

Bureaucratic, political, slow. Some functions and businesses are bloated while others starve. Leadership will drastically cut resources but encourage you to “be bold” and still deliver the same results. Pass.
