Benefits, Insurance is great, 401k with decent match.

Cons

If you like being micromanaged into oblivion while getting the lowest compensation in the industry, Medtronic is the place for you! Managers talk like a list of buzzwords run through ChatGPT, and like many AIs, only give the worst advice and make even worse decisions. They do however know exactly how to track every transgression in order to not pay out your bonus, how to skirt around ADA accommodations, and most importantly fire people.

Upper management has no idea how to run the business, there are never enough resources to complete projects, some directors do not encourage their engineers to do their very best and there seems to be a lack of accountability.
