As a top performer I’ve seen my pay decrease for more work year after year. Leadership created a toxic enviroment, they micromanage your work, breaks, lunches, and PTO. Leadership has little accountability and blanket statements concerns. Medtronic diabetes has high turnover rate. Top performers and even new hires are leaving right out of training.
