If you can find a good position, it would be pretty secure. Just have to put your head down and coast.

Hard to advance within same team. Minimal raises. No trust in employees by executive leadership. No transparency from executive leadership. New RTO policy without justification, rolling back work flexibility. Benefits getting worse. Constant conern of layoff. No meaningful action from employee feedback
