-Great salary package -Exposure to global experience (not just colleagues but vendors as well) -A lot of collaboration with local hospitals

Cons

Have to jump through hoops to get the easiest thing done if it involves OUs. High chance your email will be buried and you need to follow up frequently to get a response.

Great people work here, pretty good work life balance, decent PTO, technologies that benefit patients

Cons

Benefits have been cut, frequent lay offs, forced return to office 4 days a week. Leadership is not listening to what workers need. Raise has been about 2% a year for many years, this is not in line with inflation.
