Company is reasonably successful. Company is large enough to move to different departments....IF your manager is willing to let you go. Medical, benefits.

Cons

No longer the local company with a great reputation. Working 50-60 hrs. is considered expected. Merit increases have been basically frozen for the longest time. Career opportunities exist for "select" individuals. Outsourcing, outsourcing, outsourcing.
