Cons

The raise/cost of living is a joke. 2%. Very political. Very clicky. Way too many lay offs. They keep the worthless employees and lay off the hard workers.

Middle management can be challenging to work with. Be prepared for ambiguity often and adapt to new upgrades and procedure changes quickly, your bonus depends on it . They are fair and generous with pay outs however, better than industry average .
