Flexible workplace, two of my three managers have been great, good benefits, tuition reimbursement benefits, the company as a whole stands by its mission of corporate citizenship

Cons

Slow to change, lots of red tape since huge corporation, smaller sites (outside of Twin Cities) get much fewer benefits
