Pay is OK. Benefits are OK. Location if easy to commute to. Building is OK. Most of the Staff are nice.

- Far too Political. - Management needs a big shake-up. - Complete lack of employee training. - Complete lack of employee development (contrary to what they say on there website). - Complete lack of employee support (contrary to what they say on there website). - Pay-freeze & redundancies while the canteen gets re-fitted, & Higher Management target bonuses?

Upper management has no respect for the employees for all their hypocritical lip service to "respect for the individual". The pay/benefits are nothing special, they will just work you to death with very few rewards.

Extremely poor upper leadership in diabetes division. Multiple unexpected layoffs which everybody saw as it was happening.
