      Decent culture and a good product.

      Cons

      Low salary, managers lift each other up but have no interest in actually getting people up in the company. I’d never work for this company again.

      Good Company could invest in talent more

      Pros

      If you fit in with the culture, Meltwater will find a way to keep you around. They seem to avoid layoffs and really work with you to find different fits if you dont do well or like your current position

      Cons

      If you are good at your job and get promoted they will do everything they can to not give you a bump in pay but instead will say you have higher earnings potential to justify. I think that they focus more on job security than retaining talent as top performers tend to move on.
