Fast paced, great product, fun work environment.

Cons

Company has changed so much since new GTM strategy in 2024. Salaries are never reviewed, need to get promotions to get higher pay. Fully focused on overachieving to earn a decent salary by market standards. basic salaries are way below industry norm. Mid management is comprised of loyal sales people who were strong in sales but are not necessarily fit for people management.

Pros

Overall a good engineering department with a healthy culture and values.

Cons

Very distributed tech and management organisation with timezone, cultural and communiation issues. US centric company, very very sales driven and focused. It's not a product/engineering company at heart, but a sales company. The sales organisation within the company has very different values and culture, there's a classic "stovepipe enterprise" anti-pattern going on.

Great support provided by managment Good Pay Good oppertunities to connect with peers. Have support of a CSM and RM

Cons

May be con for some. Really is a sales position, need to be your own account executive and hunt for expansion within your named accounts in addition to renewals.
