The role gave me a chance to work closely with a supportive team and a manager who always encourages to learn and grow. Super energetic office and the work around content review and strategy is well structured. Our inputs are valued. Fun environment to be in.

Cons

No transport to the office. Hybrid model of work.

great internal mobility - they will help you IF you put in the work. strong product but requires some solid tech knowledge, if you arent able to grasp the evolving tech you'll fall behind - whether thats in sales, client success, etc. work life balance was hard to figure out but having the right managers makes it so much better. lean into the opportunities presented to you and own your work. - you'll be successful.

Cons

going through lots of structure changes, im personally able to adapt having been here for a few years but theres a lot of changes to have to navigate and get re-accustomed to. hoping theyre short term growing pains and that it doest become a pattern.
