      Its not a job but a paid internship

      Cons

      -They treat people like table and chairs- hiring and firing in a jiffy. -Long working hours - Management- (Sales managers, Director) positions are just titles, Folks with 2-3 years of experience micromanage you day in day out and play with your careers ( if you allow them to do so by staying there)

We have over 100 employees that have been with the company for over ten years and have been able to build a long lasting and successful career at the company. Our international management training program has a ton of learning opportunities for new managers, and many people are drawn to Meltwater because of that focus on growth.
